Odoo 16 includes the introduction of a new module called Knowledge Module. This lesson is Odoo 16 and includes the introduction of a new module called Knowledge Module. This module draws its inspiration from Wikipedia, a resource where readers can find virtually any information from top to bottom. Similarly to this, users of knowledge modules can produce content, such as lengthy articles, that can be used to raise employee productivity. A table of contents, images, texts, tags, links, and other properties can be added to articles to help organize their data. A wealth of information, specifically any information from bottom to top, is available on Wikipedia.

These articles can be used internally or occasionally as documentation that we would need to provide to clients. In other words, once an article is created, it can be shared internally or externally and it will be possible to specify who can read it, who can edit it, etc.

Knowledge Application is currently only available in the Odoo V16 edition. A useful application that can be implemented from Apps is the Knowledge Module.
